Previously known as Delfa Nigeria Enterprise the company was incorporated and came to be known as Grace Bounty properties limited in the year 2012 by our chairman Mr. Awaogu Stanley Obumneme. The focus has been on the development of premium residential, commercial, retail, integrated townships, lifestyle gated communities and redevelopment projects primarily in the lagos.

having been incorporated in 12th November, 2012 the company grace bounty properties has hosted three estate namely Grace Graden estate Ado/Agbara ogun state with about 600 plots of land, Grace Garden estate Igbesa/Agbara with about 300 plot of land and Macberry estate okwashi-uku/Asaba with about 270 plots of land. Grace Bounty Properties Limited also operates the school of entrepreneur which is geared toward educating investor and also building sound entrepreneurs. As a means of contributing back to our environment we have a foundation named grace bounty foundation.
